Flying Colors is thrilled to start offering Jumbo printing to our line of services. Jumbo printing has increased in popularity over the decade and is moving from retail stores and into the advertising specialty industry. Flying Colors hopes to take your customer’s designs from basic/corporate to fashionable.

Our art department will take any design and transform it into an impressive and unique promotional piece. With jumbo printing the print can be as large as 22 x 30, on an average Gildan T-shirt that is from shoulder seam to shoulder seam and top to bottom.

There are a few things to keep in mind when presenting a JUMBO print to your customer:

• If there is a wide variance of sizes (Small to XXL) part of the design will fall off either at the bottom or top of the shirt, whichever part of the logo is not crucial to whole design.
• On smaller size shirts the print will print over the seams and onto the sleeves. As the shirts get larger in size the print will not reach the seam.
• Since we have to load the shirts onto JUMBO pallets in order to print, women cut shirts do not fit. We recommend printing with a standard size print (15 x 18) and since the cut of the shirt is small it will have the JUMBO effect.
