We specialize in four color and simulated process. Four color process printing is the best way to achieve a wide color variety by printing only four colors. The four colors that are used are cyan (blue), magenta (red), yellow, and black. By only using these four colors you save on your run charge as well as set-ups. This is the most cost effective way of printing a design which contains over five colors, taking quantity into consideration. A simulated process is the same concept, a four color process is printed on a white garment and a simulated process is on a dark or color garment.

We are a young and innovative company who prides ourselves on keeping up with the latest and greatest in the screen printing industry. We stock many different inks that will cure to a multitude of different substrates.

Below is a list of different types of ink and screen printing applications that we have to offer:

plastisol Plastisol Ink – This is the most common type of ink that is used in screen printing. Many of the inks listed below are plastisol based with additives in the ink to give it a different look or feel.
silouette Water Base Ink – This is an eco-friendly ink that can be printed on most garments. Water based ink is not as opaque as plastisol ink, therefore most situations plastisol ink will produce the best quality print. Since water base inks are not as thick as plastisol they will have a soft hand.
sideprint Discharge Ink – Discharge is an ink that replaces the dye in the garment with the ink you are screen printing. Since it replaces the dye in the garment and does not chemically bond to the fibers it gives the print a very soft hand. Discharge works best on 100% cotton shirts that are discharge reactive.
glitter Glitter Ink – Different than metallic inks in that the pieces of glitter are larger and more noticeable with this ink.
liquidsilver Reflective Ink – Most popular on Safety Vests, when light is shined directly on the print it will reflect back at the light source.
transparent Transparent Ink – When this ink is printed, the garment darkens where it is applied. It gives the garment a tone on tone look. Some say that is makes the garment look “wet”. This ink works best on pastel and heather colors.
flock Puff Ink – Puff is an additive that can be added to most inks. When puff cures it will raise off the garment.
simulatedprocess2 Bases – We stock a variety of bases. Each base puts a unique effect on the print. We stock sculpture, suede, high density, brittle, cork, and plush. These bases can be added to any PMS color you choose.
zipperprint Foil – Foil is a material that is heat pressed on top of any plastisol print. After the foil is cool, you peel the foil off and it is only present where the plastisol print was.
simulatedprocess Two-Color Numbers – Flying Colors screen prints one and two color numbers from 2” to 12”. We have two styles of numbers, San Diego and Athletic Block. Each style can be printed in either one or two color.
